TAMMY HOTSENPILLER - is a life coach, author, speaker, and leader with a passion for equipping others to embrace their natural abilities, personal passions, and spiritual gifts. She is the President of Total Life Coach, LLC, a coaching company with an emphasis on life balance, purpose, and reinvention. She is also the founder and executive director of Women of Influence—an organization that seeks to empower, equip, and educate women in their spheres of influence. Out of this organization she recently launched NEW, a national conference for women’s growth and personal development. Tammy and her husband, Phil, also founded Influence Church in Anaheim Hills, California, and {l.a.}god, a ministry in Los Angeles, for the entertainment industry. Tammy’s days are rooted in creating a life that mirrors her passions, developing her strengths, and encouraging those around her to do the same. Tammy and her husband Phil live in Orange County, California. They are blessed with three adult children and their equally awesome spouces along with four grandchildren.

ALICIA BRITT CHOLE - "...unexpected but essential surgery” ~ These words are often used to describe the messages of Alicia Britt Chole. In person or in print, Alicia’s voice cuts through fluff and summons souls to walk with God anew. A former atheist, her raw faith and love for God’s Word hold the attention of saints and skeptics alike. As a speaker and author, Alicia places words like an artist applying paint to a canvas. Nothing is wasted. Every word matters. Heads and hearts are equally engaged. Alicia holds a doctorate in leadership and spiritual formation from George Fox Evangelical Seminary. In addition to writing and speaking, she is the founding director of Leadership Investment Intensives, Inc, a non-profit devoted to providing personal soul-care to leaders in the marketplace and church. Alongside her husband, she stewards a lakeside prayer retreat home called Rivendell and parents their three children in the Ozarks of Missouri where the stars shine brightly and their dogs bark loudly. Her favorite things include thunderstorms, questions, honesty, and anything with jalapeños. In a culture obsessed with things countable and tweetable, Alicia brings ancient truth to life.

HAVILAH CUNNINGTON - I always knew God had a plan for other’s lives, but never felt God could
use me. I struggled with learning disabilities throughout my school years,
which caused me to have great insecurity about my value and
worth. It wasn’t until the age of 17, as I was sitting in a car with friends on my way to a party, when I heard the voice of God speak to my heart, “There is more to life than this! I have called you. Come follow me.” I spoke out in that moment, telling those in the car that I had a call on my life and they were welcome to come with me, but I was going to serve God. I remember walking into our house when I got home, kneeling by my bed and saying these simple words, “God, I’m not much. I’m young, I’m a girl with no special gifting. But if You can use anyone, You can use me.” Now, thinking back to that day, it makes me laugh how I’d hoped the heavens would have opened up, with angels descending and ascending on a heavenly ladder – that didn’t happen and I didn’t need it to. God heard my cry and He was at work to accomplish His perfect will in my life. By 19, my twin sister Deborah and I were traveling all over California preaching, teaching and singing at any place that would have us. By 21, we had been in seven different states and Mexico teaching about Jesus and His great plan for this generation! I believe today is the Church’s finest hour, if we choose to live with passion, purpose and walk in power. I’m passionate about seeing individuals encounter God in a real way and seek to blow the lid off common misconceptions, personal limitations and powerless living. My heart and passion is to inspire and challenge others to become all God has designed them to be.

JEN RAMLET - Jen Ramlet has a passion for speaking to and mentoring women about the goodness of Jesus and finding freedom in Christ. She spent her childhood years in Colorado before moving to New Jersey where her parents pastored for the majority of her adolescence. Although she became a Christian at an early age, she truly fell in love with her Maker in college after suffering from a number of eating disorders. Jen drew closer to Jesus and began transforming not only her life, but also the lives of the young women in her college. During her time at Azusa Pacific University, Jen mentored over 50 girls who battled with body image and eating disorder issues. After graduating, Jen moved back to Colorado where she has been active in ministry ever since. Jen has been a part of The Global Down Syndrome Foundation, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of people with down syndrome; Save Our Youth, an organization that works with at risk youth in Denver metro area; Free the Girls, an organization that provides freedom for women captured by human trafficking; and Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, an organization that provides tools to jump-start lives through jobs, schooling and mentorship. In addition, Jen has been involved in numerous college and women’s life groups, mentorship ministry, women’s ministry and children’s ministries.

RETAH MCPHERSON - Retah McPherson and her family were involved in a near-fatal motorcar accident in 2004. Her eldest son, Aldo, was the only person who did not walk away from the accident scene. He sustained serious brain injuries due to the impact of the collision and was in a coma for months following the accident. During that time Aldo had a supernatural experience where he went to heaven, saw God, the angels, Moses and Abraham. Aldo came back with one message: “Mommy, I need to tell the world that Jesus is alive!” In obedience to this call to tell the world that Jesus is alive and that His bride has to ready herself for the Bridegroom, Aldo and Retah wrote a book titled, A Message from God. Since then they have also released their follow-up book A Message of Faith and in 2011, A Message of Hope. Retah is a Christian Public Speaker and travels around the world proclaiming the coming of the King of kings. The office is situated in Hartebeespoort, South-Africa.

HOLLY WAGNER - Philip & Holly Wagner are the founding & senior pastors of Oasis Church. They started in 1984 with a vision to see the people of Los Angeles encounter the love and grace of God. Their dream has always been to lead a church that was like an oasis in a dry place – full of grace, love, faith, hope and generosity. The first Oasis meeting was in a Beverly Hills home with a group of 10 people, and has now grown into a life-giving community of over 3500 people! Holly loves to enjoy life and laugh often! She’s a pastor, teacher, cancer survivor, and has authored several books. She is passionate about seeing women become all that God has designed them to be and this inspired her to start GodChicks and She Rises Conference, which is an annual gathering of thousands of women held in Los Angeles. Philip & Holly have been married since 1985 and have two adult children Jordan and Paris and live in Los Angeles with their dogs Kiya and Mia!
