MATTHEW BARNETT - Matthew Barnet is the best-selling author of The Church That Never Sleeps and The Cause Within You and pastor of one of America’s fastest growing churches. He has learned essential principles of ministry which have gifted him in founding the Dream Center in Los Angeles. The Dream Center houses close to 600 people who are being rehabilitated for the Glory of God. Over 40,000 people a week receive food, and many other services are offered to meet the spiritual and physical needs of the local community. As of September 2003, there have been over 150 Dream Centers launched around the world. Former President George W. Bush has endorsed him with highest regards to his achievements, and his church has been recognized in the New York Times and the Los Angeles Times for its contribution to the community. Pastor Barnett serves with his wife Caroline and two children Mia and Caden.
OS GUINNESS - Os Guinness is an author and social critic. Great-great-great grandson of Arthur Guinness, the Dublin brewer, he was born in China in World War Two where his parents were medical missionaries. A witness to the climax of the Chinese revolution in 1949, he was expelled with many other foreigners in 1951 and returned to Europe where he was educated in England. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of London and his D.Phil in the social sciences from Oriel College, Oxford.
Os has written or edited more than thirty books, includingThe Call, Time for Truth, Long Journey Home, Unspeakable, A Free People’s Suicide, The Global Public Square, and Renaissance. His latest book is Fool’s Talk – The Recovery of Christian Persuasion, which was published by InterVarsity Press in June, 2015.
Os has spoken at dozens of the world’s major universities, and spoken widely to political and business conferences on many issues, including religious freedom, across the world. He is currently a senior fellow at the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics in Oxford, though he still lives with his wife Jenny in the Washington, DC, area.
JOSH HOTSENPILLER - With a resume of successful startups in multiple verticals, including non-profit, CSR Software and Social and community software, Josh offers a proven track record of managing top performing teams for benefactors in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors.
In 2003, Josh started Existence Church in San Diego, CA. From one person in his apartment to nearly 1,000 attendees existence became a thriving church. Sensing a call to the marketplace, Josh launched into the software space.
Josh’s software solutions are currently in use by GOPRO, Estee Lauder, Hewlett Packard, Kaiser, UNICEF and Unilever, among others. From managing employee engagement, donor connection, and consumer conversion this high-tech solution boasts meaningful and frequent check in’s, resulting in long-term adoption. The platforms range from niche user bases of sub 500 users to macro user bases with over 3 million users on a single platform.
Josh has pioneered Wisdom Capture a new digital and media approach to human development. The Wisdom Capture team has filmed and or produced media projects for ABC, NBC, BMW, and Facebook to name a few. With an expertise in lighting, sound, directing and producing their films have earned over 30 awards including an Emmy-nominated KPBS series, multiple short films and a diverse range of commercial projects for brands like Qualcomm, Taylor Guitars, WIRED magazine, Ubisoft and many others.
DOMINIC RUSSO - Dominic Russo is a speaker, a humanitarian, and an innovator in international missions. At the young age of 20, Dominic founded Missions.Me and began organizing strategic outreach campaigns in cities across Latin America. These multifaceted campaigns include hundreds of missionary volunteers, large-scale relief projects, and collaborative partnerships with local political and religious leaders. In 2011, Dominic launched the “1Nation1Day” vision in Honduras – a project that attracted the largest foreign missions team in history and was officially declared a national holiday by the Honduran President. On the week of July 20, 2013 more than 1 million Hondurans were personally reached through the 1Nation1Day outreaches and every national newspaper announced “We Have A New Honduras.”
Dominic authored the book Do Not Say I Am Too Young to motivate people to seize their destiny regardless of their age. Dominic’s story reverberates with inspiration and stirs hearts to dream of a life fully dedicated to impacting people. In 2010, Dominic’s wife Lindsay founded Angel House – an organization that has provided 136 Angel Houses, home to over 3,100 children in India and a safe house for 30 victims of human trafficking in Nepal. Together, they reside in Southern California with their sons Mason and Jude.
BROCK SHINEN - Brock Shinen is an attorney and strategy consultant. He works extensively in the worship and ministry communities, including some of the largest and fastest growing churches in America, as well as the largest worship movements in the world. He’s a bestselling author, award-winning podcaster, experienced speaker/trainer, and has written for some of the largest online publications in the world. Many call him a “cultural translator,” citing his ability to clarify messaging between the marketplace and the “Church." His passion is to help people superimpose the Kingdom in every day work and life, and to teach people how to multiply their God-given talents. Brock is happily married living in Orange County with his two kids.
PHIL HOTSENPILLER - Phil is a co-founder and Senior Pastor, with his wife Tammy of Influence Church in Anaheim Hills, California. Throughout his career, Phil has worked extensively on issues at the nexus of leadership, artistry, and contemporary culture. He is an entrepreneur, author, art connoisseur, and cultural thought leader.

Phil earned his B.A. and M.Div. He has conducted postgraduate studies at Oxford University. Phil is a sought-after international speaker and advisor to diplomatic personnel. He has lectured to members of the United Nations, U.S. Embassy, members of Congress, and to leadership conferences attendees in India, Europe, and Central America. Phil has authored 11 books. His latest books are One Nation without Law (2017) and The Reality Principle (2018) and a graphic novel series with Image Comics. TAMMY HOTSENPILLER - Tammy is a life coach, author, speaker, and leader with a passion for equipping others to embrace their natural abilities, personal passions, and spiritual gifts. She is the President of Total Life Coach, LLC, a coaching company with an emphasis on life balance, purpose, and reinvention. Tammy is also the Founder and President of Women of Influence—an organization that seeks to empower, equip, and educate women in their spheres of influence. Tammy hosts an annual National Women's conference for growth and personal development.
Tammy is the founder and president of Story Club, an organization that assists women to "tell their story" to reveal a pattern for true success. Tammy has authored six books.
